About the Foundation
Founded in 2022 by Mr. Rogers and Mrs. Tebogo Sithole, the Rogers & Tebogo Sithole Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to transforming lives through education. With a deep commitment to youth development, the Foundation is committed to the democratisation of education on the African continent through the belief that no child, regardless of their financial or geographic background, is left behind.
The Foundation identifies star learners from underprivileged backgrounds in Grades 8-12, creates a programme of support for their studies, and also mentors them as they navigate life. For learners in the Grades 0-7 space, the Foundation amplifies its impact by adopting underprivileged schools where they offer support in the form of donating stationery, school uniform and transportation to these young learners.
